As for the gender roles, in my house they are reverse! I’m in charge of all creepy crawlys, fixing/repairs and he does the laundry, toilet (3 dudes in one bathroom!). We share kitchen duties (me cooking/cleaning and him dish washing extraordinaire). Though this wasn’t about gender roles it’s always nice to see how others divide labor.

I know very little about cross-dressing…but I will try and work it into a future article. Haha!

We had a battle with some gophers last year which ended up in a call to an exterminator and traps being set. Trigger warning: A week or so later we had maggots popping up everywhere. It was a scene straight from National Geographic and not a pretty one at that. But we think the traps worked!

Keep us posted on the outcome. Bad smells (and maggots) are never a fun thing to deal with!

Pest control called, although I think this battle is lost. Unless it is a bear I think it will be decomposed by the time they can visit!
