I think technically that makes me a bad millennial, but I'm spinning it by telling myself I'm trying to be mindfully selective.

I really enjoyed The Heart Failure Podcast – I have found myself mirroring your journey of burnout into the rabbit hole of early retirement. I’ve read your journey about cutting back on the blog, but hearing it makes it more tangible and real somehow. I’ve finally convinced myself to cut back after this weekend after hearing your podcast and reading comments on some Facebook physician groups. Thanks for sharing your story!
